Listen to What Professor Hiromi Said

I just finished reading "The Miracles of Enzyme" written by the Japanese professor living in New York, Hiromi Shinya.

It is written that the most important part of our body is the enzymes that helps the body works properly, and thus a healthy lifestyle should be maintained to make the enzymes continuously produced within the body. When the body stops producing enzymes, that is also the time when one stops living.

I realized that I was not in my fittest condition, and therefore I was so much inspired to live a healthier lifestyle since reading this book.

Here's the few important points from the book that I remember e.g:

-Drink a lot of water, instead of coffee/tea/alchohol. It's a mininum of 8 glasses of water that should adequate our daily intakes, but also to avoid drinking water on midnight.

-Take enough rest everyday. It's better to sleep 6-8 hours of night sleep for adults. And the best time to sleep is when we feel sleepy. Never push ourselves to sleep very late at night. Because it could influence the production quality of the enzymes.

-Eat healthy. Consume more fruits and vegggies, instead of meats. It's better to eat fruits 30 minutes before we eat, which triggers us to eat less. And the best proportion of meals is those contains 85% of vegetable and 15% of proteins.

-Get 5 Minutes of power nap after taking lunch able to restore our energy.

-Take a regular exercise, but never do it too hard, because the more we do exercise, the more free radicals the body produces.

-Live happily. Sing, dance, laugh and do everything we love.

As soon as I decide to live more healthy, yesterday I went to the gym inside the apartment in CW, as my friend got the access. It was a very nice and cozy place to do exercise and hangout. Turned out it was like a small reunion for the 3 of us. We are about to do it regularly on the saturday basis.
What a happy and healthy saturday yesterday was! Let's start a healthy lifestyle, everyone:)
